Which of these is better? Open to advice for what to change

Fairly new to FPL. Definitely want 3 Arsenal, but can't justify Gabriel at 8M. Also aware in the second team that Rice may not play the full 90 or even start for the first few games due to recovery/load management, but it saves a transfer early on.

Not sure about the man city defender... is Guehi or O'rielly more of a lock for minutes (with gvardiol comign back to fitness)?

Any advice/tips are appreciated!
