Heyo im thinking about buying a Kadet max for my day to day bag and have a few Questions:

-->Can it be used as a frame Bag out of the box? if not are there any Mods to make this possible?

-->how Waterproof is it?

-->i heard the "newer" makes are lower quality should i pick one up second hand or just buy new?
