Im so confused… I’m a 30yo male, 5 weeks out after vasectomy and I’m still fairly tender. Cyclist and I’m in good shape. I can’t sit on the bike for more than 30 mins. Did everything I was supposed to do post-op. When he was working on the left testicle, the pain was excruciating, right side was painless. But now the dull ache remains on the left side. I’m wondering wtf to even do?? I guess I could refrain from exercise and sexual activity until pain free. It just seems preposterous to have slight discomfort 5 weeks after the fact, this was labeled as an easy weekend recovery. Thoughts on this?
