Is there a preferred type of glass lenses that I should use as a person with astigmatism? Or is there any guide/recommendation on how to choose a suitable glasses lense?

Two days ago, I got a stabbing pain right in the middle bottom or my right foot. It wasn't consistent pain it just happens sometimes when I take steps barefoot. Now (after two days) my right foot is slightly swollen and it feels a little heavier than my left foot. I will go to the doctor tomorrow, but I need two what could that be if someone experienced something similar before
