Made in Abyss SFX

i've been rewatching the anime with my boyfriend and we realised how great the SFX are, and since we take part in an RP server of friends, we kinda wanna use some SFX of the anime for the moves of our characters for how good they sound, but we can't find anything other than the anime itself, and we don't know how to separate the SFX from the rest of the sounds in the episode. any ideas?

Just saw u/Rich_Stqndard8103 's post and remenbred i could post mine here too. Its not as good in my opinion, but i liked doing it and was honest work
