Smoke smell removal from room with very limited ventilation

Hello, I'm currently in middle of taking over the rental lease of a rehearsal space from the previous group of renters. Unfortunately they smoked inside the space a lot, and it smells pretty bad. Your clothes smell of it after being there a few hours even if you didn't smoke while there.

The room is about 75m2 and because it is in a residential area, it is heavily soundproofed including all windows being sealed and covered by soundproofing. As such it has only ever really been ventilated via the hallway door- you can see the issue.

My question is, what is the best angle of attack here and what can I expect to really do about it? I don't mind paying a bit for some professional help but I need an idea of what the best approach is for a room like this. Any suggestions or tips would be very welcome!
