Cellulite subscision using a cannula?

Anyone tried this? I feel like if you’ve used threads, then you basically understand the concept and could do the same thing using maybe a larger, rigid cannula under the skin on your legs or butt..

Is Laennec IM super irritating?

I’m new to Laennec and I just did a patch test in my arm a couple days ago, tiny blebs, and I was surprised at the big quarter sized wheels they raised that were insanely itchy for several minutes. All calmed down and was completely back to normal I’d say 1 to 2 hours later, but man, it was just really irritating for a hot minute there. Does it feel like that when you inject it into muscle?

update: went for it, injected 4mL IM into the paraspinals around C5-C7 couldn’t even feel the injections. Burning afterwards was very mild. Used a 27G half inch needle.

Supplier for glass vials with rubber stoppers

I would like to do Mesotox and mix a concoction of Innotox, saline and Hyaron. Anyone have a source for sterile glass files with rubber stoppers that they like?

this may sound like a dumb question but bear with me: if you can put up with the PCL swelling and have several days in a row off of anyway and just get through it, then it’s fine, right? It’s the price you pay for the eventual benefit? I’ve certainly had swelling from other procedures like micro needling or chemical peels in the past, so I guess I just chalk it up as a short term annoyance for the long term gain. Am I wrong?

edit: obviously if the swelling is impacting your airway or persisting longer than few days or showing signs of infection or vascular occlusion, that’s cause for concern. But if it’s just chipmunk cheeks (and forehead) for a few days..

I have cervical spondylosis that I do plenty of PT acupuncture cupping for. Thinking about injecting Laennec IM around the areas that are most sore. I’m a veterinarian so I understand anatomy. Anybody have experience with Laennec and neck pain?
