Advice from Merchandisers? (Swire)

So I applied for the position on a whim. (I have been looking for a job for 6 months) and IMMEDIATELY got a request for an interview which seemed suspicious to me. I have really be struggling finding a job and am pretty desperate but this job is WAY out of my field and my resume reflects that. How physical is this job? I’m a pretty small woman lol and I’m used to office work.

I have my interview today but I have close to no idea what I’m getting into aside from using my own vehicle and the shifts starting at 4am.

Am I screwed?? Would love some advice!

Need Advice from People with More Experience.

So, to preface I have been looking for a job for about 7 months after losing my previous job with no warning. I am attempting to leave my field because this is the second time this has happened to me. My last three jobs I basically got by either knowing someone or having more experience/companies are desperately hiring due to high turnover. All this to say, I am STRUGGLING trying to learn this new job market.

Recently I applied to a position, was told they liked my application and was informed that I needed to schedule a "virtual interview" through a third-party app. I did this and was not selected. The interview was a pre-recorded group of general questions, and I had about two minutes to respond. This was extremely awkward as my previous field is VERY people focused and I had done every interview in person prior to this.

The company posted another position. I applied, was selected, "interviewed" and told I did not get the job.

Fast forward to today, I applied AGAIN (I really want this job) and the same cycle has started again. I know this is a real job as it is with a local office and is relatively entry level with realistic pay, but they seem to be doing their hiring through and LLC.

Guys, what do I do?? This is genuinely a humiliation ritual, and I am starting to feel like none of this is done by humans because every email is the same. I have an email address from their HR department with a real name, but all of the emails are word for words copies.

Is it unprofessional/desperate to respond to this last request for a virtual email? I want the job, but I genuinely do not think real people are seeing my application because why else would they keep selecting me and then turning me down after their "interview" process.

Sorry for being long winded, I just have no idea how to navigate all the rejection I have been getting, and I am starting to feel my sense of dignity diminish. This subreddit has given me a lot of hope and insight and I trust you all with advice.

Bleach?

Is anyone bleaching their hair? I’m currently on 7% topical minoxidil (not as regular as I should be with it. I have cats and have to wear it when out of the house but it reeks of weed lol). I have spent about a year growing out my natural hair color (light brown) but I’m also PALE so I feel like it makes my hair thinning look so much worse. I used to bleach my hair constantly and I miss it. I also feel like it would disguise my white ass scalp. Does anyone here bleach?

I just feel like I have spent so much time growing in my natural hair and if anything it looks worse.

How do I apply this??

I finally went to a dermatologist and she prescribed me this.

Now this solution, I kid you not, smells STRONGLY of weed and is so greasy. My plan was to apply this in the mornings before work and wash my hair when I get home (I have cats that sleep right on my head at night). So after my first time use, my hair looks super greasy and I smell like I just hotboxed my car. I am currently job searching and I can’t imagine this is gonna help.

Any advice?? I love the ingredient mix in this thing but it’s been in for an hour already and it hasn’t dried down. I just need it to look and SMELL professional. I’m open to any ideas. Thanks in advance!!
