Carmy Should’ve Ended Up As A Chef Mentor

I’m surprised Carmy didn’t end up as being a mentor like Chef Terry or Chef Keller. He basically helped train the entire Bear Team and seemed to find peace in it. I hated that Carmy didn’t realize this himself and decided to leave the restaurant to work as an architect instead. I thought it would’ve been a more fulfilling ending to see himself as a mentor and end the cycle of trauma and PTSD like he himself experienced under Chef David Fields.
