Multiple weapons have misaligned iron sights / are not zeroed — issue summary

I added an on-screen crosshair and tested the iron sights of multiple weapons in-game, and found two distinct issues affecting quite a few guns:

  1. The front sight and rear sight are inherently misaligned — when the gun is centered, the front post sits crooked/off-center in the rear notch.
  2. Point of aim ≠ point of impact — even when the front and rear sights appear properly aligned, the bullets land somewhere else.

Confirmed affected weapons:

  • Issue 1: Bren LMG, deployed (bipod) FG42, M1 Garand with rifle grenade launcher
  • Issue 2: Lewis Gun, DP-27, Sten Mk II, M1 Garand with rifle grenade launcher

This is not weapon sway — it's the static sight alignment itself being off. This hurts a lot in an iron-sight game like this. Hope the devs see this and fix it. If you've found other weapons with the same issue, feel free to add them below.

Why can't you hit enemies accurately beyond 50 meters when using the DP-27

I added an overlay crosshair, and I found the DP-27's in-game reticle is misaligned.Compared to other machine guns, its reticle sits noticeably higher.

Is it possible to add the Tiger II, Jagdpanther, IS-2, T-34-85 and SU-100 in the Lake Balaton update?
