Best 2BR apartments under AED 1.9M in Dubai? Looking for recommendations
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to buy my first home in Dubai and would love some recommendations from people who have done their research or already own in the communities they're suggesting.
Budget: Up to AED 1.9 million
What I'm looking for:
\- 2-bedroom apartment (maybe with a maid's room or study and a)
\- Around 1,200 internal
\- Good build quality and management
\- Good long-term appreciation potential (I'll likely live in it for several years before renting or selling)
I'm not looking for off-plan projects—I prefer ready or near-ready properties.
Communities I've already considered include:
\- Majan
\- Al Furjan
\- JVT
\- Arjan
\- Dubai Hills (if anything fits the budget)
Are there any other communities or specific buildings I should be looking at? Also, if there are developments I should avoid due to poor build quality, service charges, or management, I'd really appreciate hearing about those too.
