New to Arma, Looking for a Community That Goes All-In on the Milsim Experience

As the title says, I'm new to the game. After seeing all the incredible clips of massive coordinated battles, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy it.
I'm looking for a community that places a strong emphasis on communication, not just within each squad, but also between squad leaders, so the entire team operates as a cohesive force rather than a collection of individuals doing their own thing.
My goal is to experience those 100+ player battles with highly coordinated attackers and defenders giving their all, where teamwork, planning, and communication determines the outcome. The kinds of matches that really scratch the milsim itch and leave you wanting to jump right back into another round.
I know I'm new to this space, but I'm eager to learn and improve. I value respect, teamwork, and communication, and I'm looking for a group that's willing to help a new player grow while contributing to the team's success and the fun.
