Dropped in to say hello 🐒

I own 1 bike :) and My KM just hit 4k miles.

I bought the bike stock in 2023 and slowly upgraded components as they went out. (With some added styling like seat clamp and bar plugs)

We have ridden together on 3 long distance Bikepacking trips.

In life, you're greeted with choices, colors, perspectives, whimsical deviations of artistic expression.

But when you build a bike, something truly amazing happens. These endless options merge into one creation. The birth of a masterpiece and a life long companion.

Every component was meticulously chosen after meeting the makers at bike shows such as MADE, and Sea Otter Classic. I wanted to understand their love for bikes, and why they took the design choices they did.

At this point, for me this is more than just a bike. It’s a representation of love for quality over quantity and passion for art within the cycling industry.

It's been incredible watching this bike transform alongside Mad Monkey 🙉🙊🙈

So with that! Hi 👋 Reddit! More post to come :)
