Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro Shipping Delay
Is anyone else having trouble getting a Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro Module?
I ordered the complete system on July 5. Yarbo charged my card and shipped everything else - including the Core - but only afterward disclosed that the mower module was out of stock.
After I first contacted them they told me inventory was expected around July 23. Support later said inventory had reached the warehouse and that shipping would occur by July 28, but that never happened. And then after more emails last week, I was given a new date - the batch is supposed to be processed tomorrow but I have my doubts.
I still want the system and haven't requested cancellation yet, but I'm getting really concerned that ongoing support is going to be nonexistent if they can't even commit to a ship date. Will probably cancel a week short of my credit card's chargeback deadline here in about 2 weeks.
