Hi! Sorry if this has been asked before. I've gotten VERY into flower breeding but have a question about pattern transfers. Do pattern transfers within the same breed (different colors) work? For example, if I stick a cream glitter thistle next to a pink thistle, could I eventually get a pink glitter thistle?

I'm not sure if this is impossible or if I just haven't had luck with it happening yet since pattern transfer rates are so low (I am bringing Comigyun with me and fertilizing everyday).
