What do you think happens after death?

So the demiurge has trapped us in this simulacrum of a world and cut our access to the Pleroma, to escape it we must reach gnosis. So what happens when someone dies without gnosis? Does the souls stay stuck as a "ghost" (for a lack of a better term) in the material world? Do they get reincarnated?

Question about enemy parry or dodge

I have few questions regarding combat:

-So if I understand correctly the GM decides if an enemy parries or dodges and it will succeed by default (no dice roll and there isn't anything the GM could roll under to determine this anyways).

-if an enemy decides to parry or dodge then it won't take damage even if the opposing player succeeded on their roll (the only exception is if the player rolls a dragon).

-An enemy who parries or dodges will use (one of) its turn(s). So the rules that apply to players also apply to it: if it already used (all) its turn(s) it won't be able to parry or dodge, if it parries or dodges it won't be able to attack.

So yeah these are just my mechanical questions but I need to make sure I got it right because I have a few more "personal" questions for fellow GMs:

-Do you often decide to parry or dodge?

-How do you decide?

-Do your players find it frustrating? They rolled successfully and you can arbitrarily decide that their attack doesn't hit, does the enemy not getting a turn compensate for it in you or your players' opinion?
