Hey guys I know gaming channels aren't as good as in the 2010s but I want at least to improve. I have a channel where I mostly stream while I play different games without showing my face. I started Vtubing 2 months ago. I cut shorts from my streams and upload video (I used to upload a mix of different niches but I stop now) my videos have terrible retention rate. My streams aren't as bad I have a group who always come. I have been uploading and streaming daily for a year and only have 730 subs and 2514 hours watch time. I learned alot in this year and added and tweaked alot of this.

So knowing my situation what is the best things I can do to make it successful? Am not hoping for millions but at least wanna reach monetization. I enjoy streaming the most and it's the easiest for me.

I thought of using streams to play games either walkthroughs or sometime playing with my viewers (mostly phone games because not all of them have pcs) and keeping the videos for topics relating to games (for example I like to learn lessons from games and make a video on what I learned)

My channel is arabic so am not a competitor to the huge channels.(although there are alot of big arab gaming youtubers)

So knowing all this what I can do to improve?

Hey guys I have a one year youtube channel with 723 subs 334,702 total views. I stream while playing games and release hypnosis-relaxation/drawing/stories (I write)videos . I know that to succeed it's better to niche down and focus on one thing and create another channel for the other interests but I can't do either my time is limited so I can't create 2 or 3 channels and I enjoy creating those things so I don't wanna stop. But is there a way to succeed while still doing whatever I want? If I limit gaming to only streams and the other things videos is that better? My goal is to be a profitable small channel am not trying to gain millions of subs. Any help is appreciated because this problem is irritating me.
