hi! my re rental app was sent to HPD last monday and I still haven’t gotten any update! I’m wondering if anyone knows what HPD /internal review looks for?

hi! i’ve been in the process with pronto for a re rental since around march and finally got to view the apartment yesterday and accept the unit an hour later! i then submitted some extra documents and sent over requested credit report. im wondering what the next steps are and how long i should expect before lease signing?

for re-rentals/ housing connect do they usually contact schools? i submitted a part time verification form, but most recently just changed to part time for the upcoming fall so it’s not reflected on my schools internal system. Has anyone gone through this?

Hi all. I got contacted for a re rental from pronto back in march i had two job offers at the time and i wanted to take both (both part time) but I also have a summer internship that i submitted so I didn’t want to be over income. I still submitted both job offers and then rescinded one to avoid being over income. I was processed, assigned a unit, then told i was under income because my internship is seasonal employment so they omit it entirely. I am currently trying to appeal as the previous job offer that I rescinded was still open and available for to me take. I now start that second job this weekend. Do I have a good chance for this appeal? My issue is with them is never disclosing that my internship income would be omitted so I can make informed decisions. With my start of this second job I would be eligible to be processed for the apartment. I applied last year for this too so it’s been a long time coming and I was very excited, has anyone ever had this happen and successfully appealed?

hi all! i’ve been in the process for a re rental with pronto since march. last week i signed paperwork with a unit assignment but am now unsure if unit assignment means im still competing with others for that same unit. i haven’t heard anything since last week but am thinking that im waiting for touring then for hpd submission. if anyone has won a re rental with pronto can you please give your timeline after a unit was assigned to you! i call and they say the process can be an additional 3 months because of hpd but id love to hear peoples personal experiences!
