you've ignored my reports of this fault and I've just turned my Xbox on to find all my career progress, cues and all trinkets wiped from my save file AGAIN!

What a shame it's come to this, having to request a refund directly from Xbox because you don't even answer official reports using the link you've provided on here.

I was really looking forward to this game after spending hundreds of hours on the original but I won't waste another minute on this game.

My beautiful brave boy turned 13 yesterday and we went all out to make it a special one 🐾💓 In my wildest dreams I never imagined he would make it to be a fit and healthy teenager after all he's been through but he's still here and fighting and I'll always be proud and grateful for the life we've shared, including these wonderful memories which I'll cherish forever!
