When is the PIP / CT coming after rates below?
I’m a senior. Just got a rated below. When will the pip / ct be handed out? Or will it be straight layoff?
Been a senior IT advisory for five yr with the firm (all in line rated). Wasn’t looking to be promoted. My PML, manager, and director all got laid off last FY. The team was running bare bone.
I assume the big4 culture you either go up or out.
Am I better off to start job searching now? What’s the market for cpa cisa licensed look like?
