Brand New River Indie: Widespread Front Suspension Noise & Main Stand Scraping on Short Speed Breakers. Anyone else?

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice and validation from fellow River Indie owners here. I’ve had my Indie for less than a month now, and while I love the utility, I am running into two very frustrating issues:

  1. Front Suspension Noise: From day one, there has been a prominent, annoying clunking noise coming from the front suspension whenever I ride over basic speed bumps or slightly uneven tarmac. I took it to the local service center, and the service staff literally pointed to 3–4 other Indies parked in the bay and told me, "Look, all of them make this exact same sound. It’s normal for this scooter, so there's nothing to fix."
  2. Main Stand Scraping: To make matters worse, the main stand is scraping the ground/bottoming out on even short, minor speed bumps. It feels like the clearance or the spring tension isn't holding it tucked away properly, and I'm worried it's going to cause structural damage over time.
To me, a widespread manufacturing flaw or design issue doesn't mean it’s "normal" or acceptable on a brand-new vehicle.
    • Has anyone else faced this "it’s a feature, not a bug" excuse from River service regarding the suspension?
    • Is anyone else experiencing the main stand touching the bottom on short speed breakers, and did the service center have a fix for it (like a modified rubber stopper or stronger spring)?
I’ve already shot an escalation email to River Care (care@rideriver.com), but I wanted to check how common these issues actually are in the community and if anyone has managed to get them successfully resolved.
    Thanks in advance!
