how do they DO IT!

I’ve been trying to find graphics like this for YEARS.

then one day I stumble soon a YouTube channel that has the exact graphic vibe that I have been looking for. Now that I have real references I’m just so curious where they get their graphics or how they create them, because the way I’m doin fit can’t be the only way.

The channel I’m referring to is bunch of friends: a lot of their visual style is built on nostalgia.

I’ve restored to using windows 98 designs as reference then hand doing pixel art and stuff. but like there website is so cool. and then the little graphics they use in videos are phenomenal. And there just has to be a better way than what I’m doing.

I’m just so unbelievably curious if there is a website that they go and find the graphics or if they are creating these and if so what program (adobe illustrator ?). like I know the garage intro card and the website are both created by a graphic designer or one of them but the pop up graphics in videos like the cvm joke, sun count down, and gas meter must have been found on a website.
