Purchased from Travis directly and my order still hasn’t shipped. I also paid extra for fast shipping.

It’s been 8 days so far. I was told the delay is because of the Chinese national holiday and the factory is running slow. How long does it usually take to ship, and anyone else experiencing shipping turnaround during this time?
