[TOMT] What’s that anime with the collapsing school and “quirks” called?

There was an anime I watched in late 2010s/early 2020s that I can’t remember the name of to save my life. I remember that there was some kind of testing facility that contained/ran test on people with magical powers/ quirks (No, it’s not MHA.) that turned out to be evil. There’s also a specific scene that I remember where two girls about elementary age I believe are fighting in a school stare well and one of them had a pair of scissors, one of them was the main character’s little sister I believe. And one of the girls had a quirk that like she used to collapse the building and that’s all I remember. I feel like one of them had purple eyes or hair but I might just be making that up lol.

My (16F) heartbeat sometimes feels off/irregular, should I be worried?

For some context, I (16F) am in what I’d call a pre-nursing program (different school system, so it’s kinda hard to explain), which is why I have access to stethoscopes. Anyway, when I get bored in class I like to listen to my heartbeat. The thing is, my heartbeat sounds a bit off sometimes. The timing is kind of like when people struggle to clap on the twos and fours, and sometimes it also sounds like it’s rapidly speeding up and slowing down.

Now, this alone wouldn’t really concern me, but occasionally my heart will beat really hard, almost painfully, and the rhythm will feel ever so slightly off. I wasn’t stressed or anything—it just happens randomly. Like, I’ll be minding my business in the kitchen getting my ninth snack of the day (because eating 3 times a day is propaganda im not fallinhg for) and boom—it kicks in, but only for about 30 seconds. somtimes its just a sharp and on the left side, no beat.

Another thing is, when I was younger I was having my annual check-up, and when my physician was listening to my heartbeat, I remember her face going from confused to concerned. She asked if I was feeling excited or if my chest felt funny, and I shook my head no. Then I was quickly taken to another room and hooked up to what I assume was an EKG. Obviously I didn’t get a straight answer because I was a kid, but afterwards I remember her saying I must’ve just been excited, and that my heart “sounded more like a song than a heartbeat.” Though, that could’ve been her way of not worrying me.

I don’t remember how old I was, but I was young enough that I had to take my shirt off completely, so I couldn’t have been more than 11. I checked my journal a few months ago and it said it was an arrhythmia—and maybe something else, but I don’t remember.
