on 400mg, want to try 300 again

hello,

was on 200mg from august-jan (ish)

300mg from jan - beginning of april.

is this a valid titration?

I have been on 400mg since April 2026. ever since then, added viibryd, and I get dizzy and nauseous in the morning if I take both.

started taking the lamotrigine in morning, no side effects.

i’m not entirely sure of the 400 is working, but could be due to adding the ssri. we tried 500.. but it put me in the hospital

currently on 400mg regular, XR question

hi.

so I have been on 400mg of normal lamotrigine for around 3 ish months. (maybe less) but I didn’t have any sided effects really, but recently have.

we tried going up to 500mg, but it ended up making me go to the hospital, so back down to 400.

I read that there is an extended release version. is anyone here on that one? if so, are there really not many side effects? does it still have the same affect that normal pill does? or will it be something that doesn’t really kick in until late morning /early afternoon.

i might ask to take that for a month and see how it goes.

couldn’t go back to sleep and every time I moved my head/neck it was going like a bobblehead.

hello,

I recently changed to 500 mg of lamotrigine. (3 days ago). we switched because it really helps.

I can’t figure out if I should take it at night with the vibryd I take or in the morning.

when I woke up, I was super dizzy and had to sit down immediately because I almost fell. my head feels wierd like i’m a bobblehead. it feels really heavy. anyone else experience this!

I also have very bad brain frog /memory loss. someone will ask me a question and 5 seconds later I ask again. I can’t spell as well sometimes l. It is really weird. words that I use daily I forget
