I recently got this Cuckoo and I'm finding it's a little fast. Every 10-12 hours, it needs to be adjusted back by about 7-9 minutes.

I've always heard that you only adjust a clock forward, and never roll time backwards on it. Is this true for cuckoo clocks?

Any advice on how to best address this safely/without risking damage to the clock?

Years ago I started on a gravel bike, and then transitioned to a road bike, and sold off my gravel.
