Laptop with das(powered by laptop 2x usb c?)

I have a decent laptop available(ultra 5 258v and 32gb). I am not using it much so why not replace my current system since it is a lot powerful.
Sinxe it's a laptop, it can survive when there is a power outage.

So my question for building a NAS. Does 4 bay 2.5 SSD enclosure exist that can be powered by USB C? 1 for data transfer and the other for power.

I could not really find one, but if this solution exist it would save me getting a ups also🥸?. I think there is a 2 bay but I prefer not...

Edit: typo

Had an idea, but should I keep it on or not...

I had some thermal pads left and had an idea... I placed it on the CPU and SSD.

For the SSD its the temp was 10 celcius cooler, which is a success. For the CPU I don't really know what effect it will have long term. The temperature was indeed lower like 10 degrees. But I dont think I did a good benchmark. Power usage(wattage) and clock speed were fluctuating too much, so that is also not accurate.

The bottom case is aluminium, but the part that touches the surface(like table etc) seems feel plasticky... The bottom case which the pads are touching were noticably hotter and the fans seems to be blowing a lot cooler :')
