What would you do?
NSW, 15 years experience $58 an hour currently running projects from initial client walkthrough to quoting stage and completion of whole project.
Boss does not need to attend site or speak to clients I do absolutely all the handling of it. All workers in our company have NO tools there is no extra training whatsoever. Small company and I feel like I’m taking so much stress home about these projects and the workers I’m supplied do not care about anything at all and apparently I can’t be paid any more. Only 2 of us with a license and 5 apprentices. 4 vans on the road.
What is the best change of direction to take here?
Is the money and lifestyle in construction a lot better and rewarding?
