Me again, these are my original Japanese ones; I’ve added honey to cut through the sugar/ egg flavour; every slice of this cake tastes like a smooth teaspoon of honey mmmm.
It’s not too sweet, just right.

I often found calling these cakes “cheesecakes” is deceiving for those that get to eat it as they expect a heavy dense or soft creamy vibe cake.
These are by far the best cakes to eat; this one bearing the light chocolate mousse flavour experience.
A range of additional extras in here besides your usual dutch cocoa powder and 70% Lindt dark chocolate; to give the cake the wow flavour pop :)
