Property Management Company worth it? [MA] [Condo] 44 Units

Hi all,

I just joined my HOA Board. One of the questions posed to the community to vote on was having a Property Management Company take over. One man's opinion, it seems the board members may have bitten off more than they can chew going without one. A couple questions I have are is it worth it? Is it/can it be cost effective? What do you look for in a good company?

Thanks!
