He has a band called Scotch Funeral (check em out!), Scotchies is his nickname. Panels where i get to completely fuck about are where i usually have the most fun. I love the classical lettering styles (particularity Roman and old script lettering) and enjoy trying to bring them i to the present, this one turned out quite juicy!

Here’s a big project done for a lovely establishment at the tail end of last year. Love projects like these where they want a traditional vibe and i get to make the sign frame and swing signs etc. both made with local Welsh oak. The main sign is 8x4 and honestly, i wouldnt want to make a bigger oak frame in a hurry…that thing’s HEAVY.

Based on an old tobacco advert i painted this with a few tweaks. There were a lot of processes and techniques that went into it. This is the kind of stuff i enjoy the most!
