Two questions 1. When are new students able to apply for our student id’s and 2. Does the upass on the ids work for both the bus and the ferry

I have been trying to access my school email on Microsoft outlook for a bit and Everytime I try I get an error saying that they are unable to connect to my account even with Microsoft Authenticator. Is it that I don’t have access to my email yet and if so when do I get access to it or is it something else.
