Friend had their driveway gate motor explode and send shrapnel from the motor cover into the house smashing a window.
Had gas boys come out and no gas leaks. They suggested hydrogen could have escaped the battery and slowly built up in the motor housing ? Is this a thing ?
There appears to be no damage to the battery, motor or wiring ! So weird
