GP Replicas 1/12 McLaren MP4/6 - Aryton Senna Brazilllian GP 1991

Just bought another heftier McLaren Mp4 but in a bigger scale. Overall outstanding work by GP Replicas. Initially I wasn't sure about the driver especially in the photos but it's much better in person. Still haven't fully unboxed yet as I am contemplating of a suitable place to display it. Marlboro decals included with the kit which is nice. Some of the nuts/fasteners I think it's called, are not just stuck on but have been pre-drilled before applying the PEs which is a nice attention to detail.

I'll add a size comparison between the RB 19 later.

GP Replicas MP4/5b Monaco GP 1999 1/18

My first model from GP Replica. I'm pretty impressed by it although not perfect in terms of finishing but I think I can overlook it. Plenty of photoetched parts all around. Not sure how the pleather base will hold up over time, I wished they would have used real leather instead.

Just bought a 1/12 RB18 to complement the RB19. I love this scale but space is seriously an issue with these. I am thinking of adding the Japanese RB21, although the 1/18 is expected to arrive tomorrow.

I'm new to collecting F1 cars tbh, as I usually collect 1/200 A380s and 777s, which are quite large too. However I just love the details of the F1 cars. Just for scale, you could see how large they are on the drawers and next to the 1/18😂
