Question for soldering to XLRs panel jack for split
Planning out making my own passive split box based on the Neat Audio SPLIT16.
1 female XLR with split, one to house, one to rack mixer for inears purposes.
When soldering XLR cable to the female panel jack, can I just braid each corresponding part of each cable and solder them both to each solder terminal on the jack?
Will I run into any singal drop issues or is that how its potentially crafted on the Split16?
Hard to explain so ive attached pictures.
