Dutasteride/Finasteride Results on Reddit

Can we expect, that the results from redditors who take DHT Blockers as a monotherapy are the "average" results? Or do most people come here to post their 1 out of 1000 results like the so called hyper responders?

Same goes for people who don't see results at all and even say, that it gets worse. Very discouraging to be honest. I have the feeling, that they are a lot here on reddit.

I'm just asking because basically ALL studies say, that the majority of people get improvement but it takes time.

Why is not a Stronger 5a Inhibitor?

This was probably asked already several times. If indeed, then i'm sorry.

My question:

If DHT (actually the sensitivity to DHT) is the MAIN CAUSE of AGA and if DHT is such a "trash hormone", why is there not a stronger pill than Dutasteride?! Instead of dosing yourself with ridiculous amounts of Dutasteride like 2.5mg, why not something which drops it basically to 0%?

Yes i know that actually Scalp dht is THE problem, but imo 100% is better than 95% serum dht reduction.

Also... what always bothers me:

If 0.5mg Dut pill a day alone lowers serum dht to 90% or something and apparently 50% of scalp dht (because of that study everyone's quoting), why is there NO PILL which also reduces it apparently to more than 50% Scalp Dht?! I don't get it.
