Did I just killed a "cosmic amoeba"?
Have you ever seen this creature before?
This night I had one of the most bizarre dreams I ever had.
Normally, after "deactivating" a nightmare, this creature spawns where the source of evilness (negative emotions) or the monster was. It starts crawling nervously, and then scapes. Then the dream finishes there.
This is a recurrent dream I have sometimes. Today was different.
I dreamed about a little girl (maybe 10 years old) who was killing poeple outside my kitchen. She had complete black eyes (like possessed by a demon) and was stabbing people by spawning knives in her hands. The girl then, asked to enter my house.
Instead of feeling afraid, I let her in and treated her like what she was... a child. I told her to drop the knives, gave her a hug, tap her on the head, and asked her how she was feeling.
After a few interactions like this, the girl suddenly banished and instead this weird creature appeared where she was standing. The "amoeba" looked really stressed, like something "failed". The moment I saw it I acted instinctively and said: 'ugh, a bug'. So I stomped it with my slippers.
The amoeba didn't die, but was severely hurt. While it was trying to scape, suddenly a bunch of light colored mice appeared from a crack in my kitchen and started devouring the thing viciously. They teared him apart and eat the amoeba completely.
I woke up fully rested. Like if I had taken a heavy weight away from me.
Now, I am not an spiritual person (I am grounded and stick to science) so I have a few theories about what could this possible be. But I wanted first to ask here what do you think, since AI told me that this seems to be a recurrent trans-cultural "monster" that a lot of poeple have seen despite the difference in cultures.
