Hey everyone. Is there still a Discord server for kratom enthusiasts in Europe? I was part of one that was owned by one of this sub's members, but unless I've been kicked for inactivity it doesn't appear to still exist

Secondly, is waking up feeling nervous or slightly anxious a withdrawal symptom? I take a dose around 2 to 3 hours before turning in to help with falling asleep faster, but lately, using kratom from a different vendor (not by choice - my go-to vendor [K-A-C Kratom] no longer delivers to belgium) I don't sleep even half as good and wake up feeling quite 'on edge'
