After all that frustration and confusion, the ordered items arrived today and were not actually cancelled despite very clearly saying cancelled on the Shop app.
So if anyone is having this same situation, there’s a chance the merchandise is still coming!

Has anyone experienced pre-ordering the Mando merch on Marcus and them cancelling the order without saying anything? The only way we found out was by happenstance of pulling up the Shop app that the order connected to and it just says cancelled, with no emails or communication about it.
