Visitor record refusal - should I send proof of compliance?
I received refusal on my visitor record application a few days ago. The reason is that I am no longer in Canada. In fact, I had left Canada before my work permit was expired since the visitor record application was not approved in time. Should I send IRCC an explanation letter and ask them to add it in my immigration file? This will let them know that I actually followed the rules and I comply.
I want to do that since I currently have my (outland) PR application in the system.
Will this help me in future?
Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
