I suspect the recent drop in the stock price is due to the additional share issuance.

Don't worry.

Let me clear up the confusion for you. It is highly likely that the stock has been diluted due to a new share issuance.

The situation will become clear soon.

I understand that, right now, you might find this hard to believe.

Many people believe that if Eric becomes CEO, the stock price will inevitably plummet; however, I do not think that is necessarily the case.

As for why Eric was selected as CEO, rumors suggest he is currently restricted from speaking publicly about SRXH; speculation holds that if Kent were ousted and Eric took over, his rhetoric and style might shift to support SRXH.

However, this remains largely speculative.

As for why this view exists, one can infer a few possibilities such as changing the stock ticker symbol prior to a reverse stock split, or the fact that the share price has steadily risen since Eric announced he would take over as CEO.

However, even if Eric does indeed take the helm, a change in the stock ticker symbol is unlikely; it would simply be too complicated.

Are the SRXH shares held by Eric free-float shares?

Did Eric actually get the SRXH shares for free, or did he acquire them in exchange for something else?

If he got them for free, he stands to profit regardless of whether the price goes up or down it’s just a matter of how much he makes.

That is precisely why he is completely indifferent to the losses suffered by other shareholders.

Is 40 days really that long?

You can always wait another 120 days.

SRXH can't replicate the GameStop model.

Why the hell do SRXH bulls keep comparing this to GameStop?

Let's be real it's not happening.

GME didn't go nuclear just because people randomly decided to buy a stock. There was an actual movement behind it. People were united. There was hype, conviction, energy, and most importantly, people actually took action.

SRXH?

This community is a complete mess.

Nobody's united. Nobody can agree on anything. Half the people are constantly fighting, mocking each other, or calling each other idiots. There's no movement here. Just a bunch of people sitting around waiting for someone else to magically pump the stock.

And honestly, SRXH itself doesn't even know what the hell it wants to be.

Are they a successful company that has transformed into something new? Are they still selling pet food? Are they an investment company now? Or are they trying to do everything at once and slowly turning the whole business into a confusing mess?

That's the real problem what exactly is SRXH supposed to be?

People keep dreaming about another GameStop moment, but the original GME squeeze was lightning in a bottle. You had the perfect combination of a massive short interest, a viral community, strong conviction, and millions of retail investors all moving in the same direction.

SRXH has none of that.

This isn't a movement. It's barely even a community.

Honestly, I don't think today's market will ever recreate that same kind of once-in-a-generation GameStop moment again.

But hey, if SRXH somehow proves me wrong and actually turns into the next GME?

I'll livestream myself eating dog food.

No cap.

Financing

Bulls can ramp up their positions again next week.

A gift from God.

How could the stock price not plummet after margin financing?

Forge ahead courageously.

So, is its share price capped at $2?

Every time it rises to $2, it gets knocked back to square one.

Is this the upper limit of its profit potential?

Is the dilution effect still at work?

Why do you think the August earnings report might be surprising or unusual?

Almost all the companies they have invested in are currently operating at a loss; do you think it is really possible to make a profit?

If market rumors prove true and considering that the financial report scheduled for release in August covers only the pre-merger period it is unlikely to show impressive results.

Worse still, they might attempt to window-dress the accounts by counting the $55 million in cash assets disclosed in last July’s urgent press release as profit; such a move would look terrible and could even trigger a share price collapse.

In a perhaps surprising move, the company decided to immediately incorporate all investments including past and current ones and their associated returns, rather than waiting to disclose them in the next financial report.

I actually didn't expect them to do that; after all, maintaining silence has always been their specialty.
