I recently started my application process for phd programs across Europe for fall 2026. I applied to almost more than 50, which is too much and so far haven't recieved any positive response. Since many of you guys applied over multiple cycles and i plan to apply in the next cycle as well. I'm seeking advice on which areas to improve
