If I hear the word “void” one more time I might just end it all. I’m quitting, I’m at my wits end atp

I recently moved from one store to another (same company), at the first store everything was completely fine but bare in mind it was a little less busy than the new one.

I work in the busiest shopping centre in my city and spend my entire shift on the tills and I’m constantly getting called in because of my voids and I think I’m about to start tweaking out. How am I supposed to control when a customer decides they don’t want something??? Am i supposed to force it on them? like what!!!

It makes me feel like I’m being treated like a criminal honestly. Now my manager is putting a book on the till and I have to write down the reason for every single void which I wouldn’t have minded if this hasn’t been such a long issue for me and I know its not going to make a difference because the reason will be the same as always, “Customer changed mind”

The worst part is whenever my manager is on the till beside me she gets a void not even an hour in, nearly without fail🫠

I think I’m going to quit today. YOLO

I am in so much pain

Im 20F, quite short and underweight so I’m used to it being a bit more painful for me to sit for long periods of time. I love the idea of cycling so I went to a second hand bike shop just to buy something to help me learn how to ride a bike before buying something expensive!

She told me I probably need a 24” bike but she didn’t have any so she sold me a 26” mountain bike.

As soon as I sat on the bike it was painful and it feels quite tall. I think I was only on it for like 5 minutes before I got off. The whole night the area around my sit bones felt sooo sore, like a bruise and now its the next day and I cant sit down at all without being in excruciating pain.

Is there anything I can change, the saddle maybe?? Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a smaller bike?? I really want to learn but I feel feared to get on the bike again
