Ok so I'm 17 graduating high school this year, and want to go straight to work as a CO in the county jail. The polygraph and the background check is the only thing that really scares me. Around a year to a year and a half ago i stole alcohol, i was never convicted or caught and I've felt guilty and regretful since then. I do plan to be completely honest about it to testers but im still scared this will ruin my chances and set my plans off. If anyone has experience or had a similar situation pls help 🙏 🙏
