These ones in the atrium at Gaylord Palms are so mesmerizing! Anyone know the species and origin? Probably Madagascar if I had to guess.

I am a little worried our landscapers planted this one too low, but I don’t want to ask them to lift unless it is absolutely needed. I would say the dirt will be 2ish above the top of the root ball and then there will be a few inches of mulch as well. I read they are supposed to be a few inches above grade or theres a risk of disease/rot. Thanks in advance!
