At the end of the episode, Justin's disabled mom is calling for her son. We see her wheelchair at the bottom of the stairs as detectives Benson and Stabler escort Justin (just arrested) away.

So apparently they just left a disabled woman there? They could have let Justin go check on her, or checked on her themselves before taking him away. Or at the very least, yelled "He's being arrested, call someone else" up the stairs.
