How did the Navy (and all branches) reach recruiting mission?
For the second year in a row, this year three months ahead of schedule, the Navy reached its recruiting mission. Do you know what factors led to this? Was it job stability (low college grad employment rate, entry level jobs being taken by AI), desire to serve, etc?
