Just got a glass nectar collector with a metal tip. Holds water. Haven’t been able to even get a hit. Been heating up the metal to red… advice? Tips? What to do? Please help.

Bought a g of soft and rlly was craving hard but had no one to bring it to me. Only block boys on other side of town have it.. so I used of course this awesome group to cook about a .3 up with a little pinch of baking soda and I think it worked good. Only got a small rock but gave me a good ringer. Any tips? I think ima cook the rest of my bag 😋😅🫦
