Please fix my English! Today's diary.

(Day 6)
The weather today was really bad. It was raining for a long time. I have hated a rainy day since I was young. It makes me gloomy and when it is raining, I have to change my clothes which are wet. Fortunately, the weather forecast says this weekends will be sunny. So I have a plan to go swimming. And I have to see a dentist tomorrow to check my teeth. I hope there won't be a long line and get a checkup well.

Do I know the difference between 'follow', 'keep up with' and 'catch up on' well?

I just tried to make some sentences. Please correct my sentences.

(Follow)
You should follow the rules.
You can follow me if you don't know the way.

(Keep up with)
I couldn't keep up with the agenda because I missed it yesterday.

I know it'll be a fairly hard time to keep up with them. They are definitely genius.

(Catch up on)
Never fall behind your competitors. It is a definitely competition. You have to catch up on.

I think 'follow' and 'keep up with' is obviously different but what's the difference between 'keep up with' and 'catch up on'?

Please fix my English. Today's diary

(Day 5)
Today a new colleague came to our department. He isn't on my team but I had to have a lunch with him. I thougt it would be nice that he and I will be in good relationship.
In my company, there is a new cafe too. This new one is almost same with existing cafe. Because there are same menus which are same price with old one. But the new cafe gives people more convenience and that is why I decided to go there every morning.

Please fix my English! Today's diary.

(Day 4)
Actually, I had a plan that I will get to work at 8:30am today which is earlier than usually I do. Because today I have to write a report that is so difficult to me. I got pressured during last weekends becuase of this assignment. But I woke up late and finally I arrived at work at 9:30am.
I went over the report again and again for all the day. So I was tired when I got home. It was quite depressing monday, so I decided to watch exciting TV shows 'Orange is the new black'. Maybe it can make me feel a little better.
I hope that this week in my work will be fine.

(Day 2)
Today I felt drained during work hours. Maybe the hot weather made me more tired today. In the morning I worked hard then I met my friend to have a lunch outside. We ate salad in 'Salady' and I could hear a lot of secret story about my company. In the evening, I cooked tomato pasta with cheese bomb to give myself some energy. Fortunately, tomorrow is friday and I really look forward weekends.

Day 1

It was a nice weather today so I felt more psyched than yesterday. Maybe most people including me think that weather determines their mood. Honestly, I was having trouble getting started to learn English until last week. And I watched a youtube video by chance which said "Just start/Just do it" when you have a trouble getting started something. Then I decided to practice speaking and writing in English as much as I can do. I really look forward a new chapter of my English.
