I’m staring 8/31. I already have my AS degree, I’ve been in HR for 7yrs and I have my PHR cert from HRCI. I’m very confident in my knowledge surrounding HR and I am able to dedicate 100% of my time to completing the BAAS. For anyone who has completed this program, how realistic is it to complete in one 7-week term? I’m prepared to take 2 terms, but aiming for 1 if I can. How rigorous is the course work?

If I previously lived in a state where the statute of limitations is 3yrs to sue over a debt, but moved to another state where the statute is 7yrs, can the creditor sue me based on my current state? Or will they have to follow the law of the original state?
